Clinical research is a road map that gives a way to explore the most advanced knowledge or the exploration of nature to find out the best ways for the treatment or for the betterment of human life. The clinical researches help the health care sector to produce new ways of treatment, medications, drugs, vaccination, and medical devices. Clinical research takes several years because each and every research has to pass through many stages and in every research, hundreds of people are involved. The crucial part of the research is clinical trials because if the research can clear that stage then that research will be allowed to anywhere in the world. Every person who is involved in the research has to follow the ethics of clinical research that actually are the set of rules that every person associated with the research must follow.

There are some ground rules and ethics that people involved in the research follow these rules are:

❖  Transparent Subject Selection

❖  Independent review

❖  Clinical and social value

❖  Informed consent

Transparent Subject Selection:

The subject plays a vital role in the research because the subject is the one who will help the researchers achieve a goal. The people who select as a participant of the research can choose to be able to accept the risks and burdens of the research.

Independent Review:

To prevent the research from the interests and conflicts the review panel of the clinical research should be free from biassed opinion.

Clinical and Social Value:

The aim of every clinical research is to explore the knowledge and to give the answers to the questions that remain unsolved. That’s why every clinical research should give the positive or negative meaning.

Informed Consent:

In every clinical research volunteers and participants are important and informed consent is about to take permission. In informed consent, the participant signs the consent of his or her independent decision to participate in the research even if they know all the risks and the burdens of the research. These are some ethics that every clinical researcher has to follow because the participant of the research is the one that first time receive the treatment or drug which is not used anywhere in the world. To secure the research and to provide protection to the volunteers of the research ethics plays an integral role.
